Day 27

Breakfast:
1/2 avocado
blueberries
turkey roll ups w/mustard
coffee black

lunch:
Chicken over top a salad w/artichokes, roasted red peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes
olive oil/vinegar/lemon dressing
3 buffalo wings (no bleu cheese)

Snack:
grapes

Dinner:
roast pork w/pineapples and cranberries
broccoli
sweet potato

Snack:
1/2 cup blueberries

WOD:
Rest

sleep:
8 hours
