First weekend! Day 6

Breakfast:
leftover pork loin and broccoli

Lunch:
piece of grilled chicken from mcdonalds w/mustard.
I ate this with a fork and knife
sliced apples

Snack:
few handfuls of almonds

Dinner:
shrimp over salad w/tomatoes, hard boiled egg, carrots, artichokes, cucumber
olive oil/lemon dressing
fruit cup
water

snack:
2 tbs almond butter

tomorrow is life as rx competition.
