olive oil and lemon dressing
Snack:
broccoli
one serving of strawberries (5 sliced)
Dinner:
kale and pepper salad
paleo crab cakes
cauliflower mashed potatoes
Snack:
one serving fruit
WOD:
20 min amrap:
10 ring rows
10 ball slams (14lbs)
20 walking lunges
8 rounds
