DAY 10

I have been feeling really great for the past 9 days! Energy levels are high!

Breakfast:
3 eggs w/ground turkey, spinach, tomatoes, peppers
1/4 avocado

Lunch:
My Fit Foods:
Salmon w/veggies
1/4 avocado

Snack:
12 almonds

Dinner:
chicken w/brussels sprouts
kale salad w/tomatoes, peppers, sliced almonds
olive oil/lemon dressing

dessert:
fruit: cantelope, strawberries, blueberries w/sliced almonds and coconut
