Day 5

breakfast:
2 eggs
grape tomatoes
ground turkey
avocado
hot sauce
black coffee

Lunch:
salad from Manuel's
yellowfin tuna on top of lettuce, carrots, jicama, tomatoes
olive oil/lemon/salt dressing
club soda w/lime

snack:
handful of grape tomatoes
pear

Dinner:
pork loin
cauliflower mashed potatoes
broccoli
