Jerks went like this:
95-105-140 1 RM
Karen = 9:51 (could do better)
Breakfast:
Leftover chicken stirfry
1/2 apple
1/2 avocado
Lunch:
salad with grilled chicken (the usual)
olive oil/lemon/vinegar dressing
Snack:
1/2 red pepper
3 slices turkey
1/4 avocado
pecans and raisins
Dinner:
Sausage and Peppers
delicious!
2 glasses of wine
