Lunch:
chicken on top of usual salad w/5 sundried tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, carrots, broccoli, peppers, olives, egg, cucumbers
olive oil/lemon/vinegar dressing
a few pecans
Dinner:
Chicken Stir Fry w/coconut aminos
Dessert:
1/2 apple w/almond butter and raisins
pecans
